Immaculate condition, perfect location directly across from Wright Memorial…which is beautiful, especially at night! Huge beach access provides more than adequate parking anytime. Very heavily vegetated shoreline provides extreme protection against erosion, and protection against hurricanes. Home is complete with ALL (and I mean ALL!) you will need to move in at the moment of closing. All furniture, appliances, tools, dishes, silverware, entertainment system, you name it. Right down to the lawn mower, shop vac, and leaf blower. Yes… even the toilet paper and paper towels!! VCR tapes, DVD's, books, sheets, bed linens.. I can't even name it all! There's nothing missing! You can spend the night on the day of closing…just get the water turned on first. (By the way…don't use the bathrooms! You can't flush!! WATER IS OFF!!) We sold these fine people this property 12 years ago (or so) and they have maintained it in letter perfect condition. Recently repainted eagle's nest and deck, updated bathrooms, a HUGE garage with a foosball table, wine barrel table, washer/dryer combination in the garage is virtually brand new. Outdoor shower provides a quick rinse after returning from the very large beach access / parking lot right at the end of the street. Beach access has two public/open showers as well. This home will provide years and years of family memories, or a highly lucrative source of rental income. My wife and I have personally purchased properties similar to this TWELVE TIMES… and I can confidently say we never lost money on them. If I were younger, I wouldn't even hesitate to purchase this home for ourselves. I can't say enough good things about the home, the potential for making money, or the location. As an past investor and REALTOR… I'm honestly saying that I would buy this property in a second if I were a younger person. A quick and easy walk to the beach, yet located in one of, if not THE, highest elevation in Kill Devil Hills! I mean.. it's just across the bypass from the Wright Memorial!!! Need I say more?
